• AI-assisted health monitoring and analytics tools
• Secure communication channels for care coordination
• Personalized treatment tracking and medication management

Important Disclaimers:

• NeuCare does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment
• Our AI tools are decision-support aids, not replacements for professional judgment
• Emergency situations should always be directed to 911 or local emergency services

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Not use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others

Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate termination of your access.

All intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by Neuraq Technologies:

• The NeuCare name, logo, and all related graphics are trademarks
• All software, algorithms, and proprietary technology are protected
• Content (excluding user data) is copyrighted material

Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

You retain ownership of your health data but grant us a license to process it for service provision.

Certain features may require payment:

• Subscription fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription fees with 30 days notice
• Automatic renewals will occur unless canceled before renewal date

Free Trials: If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before trial ends.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 6 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for third-party services integrated with NeuCare

Medical Disclaimer: Neuraq Technologies shall not be liable for any healthcare decisions made by users or providers based on information provided through the Service.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• Users may terminate by discontinuing use and deleting the app
• We may terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• Certain provisions (e.g., liability limitations) survive termination

We will provide reasonable notice before terminating service except for violations or legal requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by Delaware law without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution:

• Parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation before formal proceedings
